A typical WaterStarters site runs on a borehole that gives 5 to 8 m³ per hour. Anything less than 3 usually will not carry a site.

If the estimate looks promising, the formal Expression of Interest form is where a project expert can pick things up. It covers the business entity, the 15% community contribution, the location and supporting documents.
